I wasn't expecting luxury when I moved in....the apartments are ok. The things that made me choose this community are the fact that the bedrooms are large, the Metro is directly across the street and ALL UTILITIES ARE included. Rather all utilities WERE included, I've heard that's changing now. I have noticed that there are a whole lot of people moving out of the community and I do not know if that is due to mgmt not renewing their leases or the fact that the community is changing and prices are going up, etc. Every time I call for maintenance there's typically no more than a 24 hr turn around on minor repairs and if it was an urgent request some one was at my door well within an hour.

I haven't seen any mice (THANK GOD) but there are roaches GALORE!!! I wouldn't say it was infested but since the roach farm tenants moved out the little pests are taking residence in my unit. I'm not sure if I will be renewing my lease or not, that depends on whether or not something better comes up for me.

Overall......I don't have many complaints...I get what I pay for.
