I wish I never moved here

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
I just moved here in September and I absolutely HATE it. I didn't have any roaches until neighbors moved out. But even still, it's not that many. Anyway, the water that comes out of my faucets stinks. It smells like rotten eggs. I've complained about it since I moved here, but they have yet to fix it. I don't have any hot water in the kitchen. And my heat isn't working. And last night it was FREEZING in my apartment. I left several messages and no one called me back to tell me anything. And when I finally got in contact with them, they got smart. And don't fall for the FREE UTILITIES that they advertise. They add $100 to the rent for utilities and $5 for trash removal. So, in other words the price they gave me when I applied was false.
