After countless calls about the mold in the apartments, the flooding, and the damage this water leak caused- 4 months later, I was moved to another unit. When I got to court for the damage, I had already moved and the sketchy attorney dismissed my case because they moved me. I have spoken ti the incompetent staff who are barely high school graduates and are programed to give the brief memorized responses and no help. Some of the conversations I had to ask who told you to say this and does this make any since to you then how can you make it make sense to me' I hate the way the --------Americans are treated in this area- not demanding professional and sound communication and basically being bullied to pay your rent with no reciprocating respect. The new management just dismisses your needs and or comments. The utility collection has to be illegal with this estimating your usage. I also heard from a few young tenants that they were notified and asked to leave and break their leases because of the alleged activity in the community. These gentlemen are college students not drug dealers. What kind of crooks are managing this development!!! I know a family that has the same unit that pays $1250 for the same unit plus utilities.
