Overall the community has improved tremendously. They are slowly but surely removing the old tennants that constantly bring down the proper value. The upgraded appliances and remodeling are superb and the apts are spacious. however they do need to fix the second bedroom closet space. I would recommend you at least give the community a look.

I beg a differ, I see them bringing in tenants that bring down the property. Remember if they can rent it and the credit is workable, it doesn't matter to them if the tenants low class. Money is Money. If you can bring in two months of a security deposit, they'll take it and you too as their "new" tenant. The match is prefect, the upgrades fit the type of tenants they are attracting.
