I've lived in Sussex Square for the past year and a half and I agree with the previous reviewer regarding the staff. They are quick to respond to your complaints and always courteous especially Carlton.
Parking is kind of difficult due to the limited number of spaces but there is ample parking along the street for visitors.
One complaint I have is roaches, roaches, roaches. They offer extermination services every Monday however nothing seems to be working. I've had them spray every two weeks or every month for the past 5 months and the roaches aren't going anywhere. They are mostly found in the bathroom where they are running between apartments because although I will often get my apartment sprayed, my neighbors will not do the same thing.
Secondly, the floors are pretty thin therefore you will hear the music or the TV if your neighbor is playing it at a moderate level. I've even heard my neighbor snoring (among other things) when I'm sleeping in my room at night.
Thirdly, make sure you get an apartment where they haven't painted over the tiles in the bathroom otherwise it will begin peeling with 2 months if you take a shower on a regular basis.
If you decide to live here, make sure you do a complete walkthrough and make sure that all of the holes which allow for travel (around the pipes and wires) are completely blocked off or you will have little visitors on a regular basis.
