I just moved here at the end of the summer. First of all I would like to say that the apartments are spacious, the closet space is great. They did clean the apartment very well prior to me moving in. On the down side, I have called for over a month and a half in reference to my dish washer which does not work at all. The dishwasher floods the floor and is very, very old. Both of the maintence men came at seperate times to fix it and said it can't be repaired. I called the rental office and was told they did not get the info that it needed to be replaced they stated they would check it out and let me know. I called back to find out if they were going to replace it and was told it is on order. Well it's been 2 weeks and still no dishwasher! How long does it take to order a dishwasher'

One of the ladies in the rental office acts as if you are interrupting her day when you report the problems in your apartment that need repairing. However, I bet her dishwasher is working in her apartment! While she is living with a discount on her rent or maybe even free!!

The parking is another issue. My neighbor had all 4 tires stolen in front of our building. We were so surprised until, my boyfriend came over and parked his truck on Brooks Drive and came out in the morning to find that his back window and side windows were broken and the car in front of his also was broken into. Everything was stolen out of his truck and the ladies car as well. When I moved here I was told they had a security company to patrol the parking lots and building WHERE THE HELL IS HE' WHEN YOU ARE SCARED TO PARK YOUR CAR IN OR OUTSIDE OF THE LOT DUE TO THEFT.... IT'S A SERIOUS PROBLEM..

If you have a visitor more than 1 day they don't give visitor passes. I feel like paying $1400. for rent and we are being treated as if we only pay $14.00 for rent. The quality of management and amenities sucks...... Don't move here unless you are pressed for a place to move.
