People please dont be fooled by her charm when shes trying to sell you on a unit. She's a snake in the grass waiting to strike!! This lady is terrible!! MS. E lets call her!! This lady does nothing at all to fix those units!! I didnt live there very long. For obvoius reasons! She very nasty, unprofessional, and she pushes her weight around! JBG gave the wrong person a little bit of authority and she uses that to her advantage!! She got rid of the security that was doing a splendid job securing the premises due to again her throwing her weight around. Now look; people cars have been stolen, broken into, folks have been robbed walking to their apartments from their cars due to the fact the complex is sucluded, theirs no police presence and now no security. The washing machines hardly ever works and the plumbing and electricity is jacked up!! Oh and they monitor your guess!! You pay upwards of 1000 dollars a month and they want to control who comes to visit you and how long they stay!! WOW!! This is crazy!! She lies alot, dont belive anything she tells you until you see it for yourself!! If the apartment isnt ready, PLEASE people dont move in!! I moved in under the notion that everything would be fixed with in the week! I moved out with half of those thing still not fixed!! Oh, and if you dont like bugs, this isn't a place for you!! Can you say spiders!! The sad part about the whole thing is that JBG sits back and does nothing about this lady!! She sends out threatening letters to evict folks based off what someone says. For instance; she once sent out a letter that read, " I dont have to see you myself, if it gets back to me that you or someone in your residence was responsible or involved i will be issuing you a 30 day notice to vacate"!!! Wow!! So someone can just tell her anything and she will issue you a 30 notice based sole off what this individual says!!! Also she has family and friends that lives on the premises! I wonder how much their rent is!! Hmmmm!!! Ive had many conversations with neighbors that lived in the complex that came the same time i came or not too far apart, and all, of our rental rates were different!! While you may be paying 850 for a 1br your neighbor that moved in the same day may be paying 1080 for the samething!! Its not all bad, the apartments are indeed spacious. Its very quiet, as long as u dont have a guest or two over. Then youre disturbing the neightbors!! So guys no fight parties, or Superbowl parties. Thats a no no in sussex square!!! Dont want your noisy neighbors to think youre doing something illegal!!! I have a friend that lives around there as we speak thats fueding with this lady!! He has a very large family folks. He has 10 bros and sisters who comes to visit him on a normal basis, and someone told this lady that he was dealing drugs from his unit!! WOW!! If you only knew this guy, you would know thats not possible!! He despises drugs and alcohol use due to his families struggle with drugs! Its the holidays and she gave him and his two brothers a 30 notice to vacate!! WOW!! Ms. E have a heart!! Then JBG told him theirs nothing they can do based on what Ms. E presented them!! He hasnt recieved and letters of complaint, but he willing went around there and talked to her after "get this" she sent security to his door. But she tells him "someone" said he was selling drugs out his unit and she "sat and watched" from an unmarked police car and watched the traffic in and out of the building!! Traffic that wasnt going in and out of his unit now, just his building!! How do I know this you ask!! Because I just like half of the residents hangs in his apartment playing spades, I was there!! Spades yall!!! Now playing spades is considered drug trafficing!! If thats the case I think she should give everyone around there a 30 day notice. Not just him!! Am I correct yall!!Now all the while, while shes sitting in this unmarked police car harrassing and stalking him/us someones car is being stolen or broken into on the other side!!! LOL!!!
