Years at this apartment: 1996 - 1997
 
Maintenance is somewhat of a joke. They actually leave your apartment door unlocked - definately not how they found it. Rental office is okay. Depends on who you talk to. Neighbors are not friendly. Too many kids making too much noise at night.
