Looks can be deceiving

Years at this apartment:

I lived at Whitehall Square for almost a year and will be moving next year. The reason why is because I value my family and my life too much to stay. The apartments are really nice inside and at a good price. It's just that too many residents that I have spoken with (including myself) have had problems with cars. Cars being stolen, towed for no valid reason, broken into and things stolen inside and outside of them. There have even been incidents of robbery at gun point that was not even reported by management, the resident that it happened to told us all. When I first moved in I had requested for contractors to do some minor plastering. When I returned, I saw that they helped themselves to watching a DVD and left plaster on the carpet in a place where they had no reason to be at. When I reported it to management they said that they didn't believe that they would do such a thing and that they did not even accompany these people who remind you are CONTRACTORS, not employees of Kay Management. The staff is a pleasant one and when I did call for maintenance ( I haven't since the contractor incident and thank God I didn't have to) they were prompt for me. But Veronica is the only one who has a real attitude problem. I try to avoid her at all cause. Overall, just as someone once said if you need somewhere for a year then it is ok but I don't plan on staying longer.
