Nice apts, inconsiderate neighbors

I have to be honest, considering the fact that the apartment is located in SE Maryland, it?s actually a nice community. The grounds are well kept and I love my apartment, once I?m inside. What I don?t care for are my neighbors, who play their music and tv?s at rididulous volumes at all times of the day and night, people using the trunk of my car as a place to grab a seat and converse in the wee hours of the morning, trash EVERYWHERE but in the trash bins outside, little unruly kids outside loud for no reason and unsupervised. I actually witnessed one neighbor being robbed at gunpoint but as opposed to management making the tenants aware of the specific incident, they sent around some irrelevant memo outlining the rules of the complex, with a brief blurb about cars being stolen (not referencing the incident AT ALL). Don?t expect to have any peace of mind if you live here. I?m in the process of looking for a home and I will be overjoyed when I find one...far away from Whitehall Square and PG County period.
