The Worst Place to live!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
I have lived in Whitehall Square for almost 2 years and it has been the worst experience for me.
1. I live on the ground floor and I have been flooded out by my neighbor not once but three times within 2 months. Her excuse when she floods me out is that she fell to sleep with the water running.
2. The maintenace is horrible. Everytime she flooded my apt. the maintenance men was here with a wet vac and would dry my carpet in the hallway and would never replace it. My carpet looks horrible.I have called nuimerous times for them to replace the carpet. Also my washer hose over flows water from when people wash their clothes in the building I guess. I have called about that too. All they come around here and do is run a snake through the pipes and leave. What good is that'
3. I have a problem with crickets, adn all kinds of creatures living on the ground level. Never again.
4. I have had my car towed once because he didn't see the resident sticker in the window. If you have a new car or is getting you tags transfered in Maryland they will give you a paper sticker to put in your window.
Its ridiculous. I sat on my patio and watch them tow several cars.
5. Also when I moved in they messed up my moving day and tryed to send me back to my old apt. I had to make them move in to some apt. unitl my apt was ready which was a whole month later. All they gave me was free rent fro one month. I had to move tewice in one month . It was really awful. All my paperwork said move in date April 1, 2002. But when I went to move in the renmtal agent told me that she told me April 20, 2002. What kind of crap is that. You need to have that in writing. Not to tell me verbally.
Don't move here.....
