Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004
Whitehall Square apartments were nice when I first moved in until my partying neighbors moved upstairs. It is so ridiculous at times that it is unbearable. I have written letters to the rental office and everything. They don't care they just want the rent money every month. The maintenance of the apartments is horrible. you call for one thing to be fixed and something else breaks. I am in the process of moving before the end of this year.
