Overall Okay...but "JUST" OK.

I stayed in the front of the complex right by the rental office so things were pretty quiet where I stayed. I lived in a one bedroom with a den on the bottom floor of the apartment complex. THAT WAS A MISTAKE! First of all before I even moved in I asked to see the apartment. They would always have anexcuse when I wanted to see it and finally let me see it after I signed the lease, so IF I had any complaints it was too late to do anything about it at that point. The den was so small. There was not enough room in that little SPACE (because that's all it was) for you to put much of anything.
My apartment was depressing and dark all the time...no sunlight. It was always damp in my apartment. It felt as if I lived in a sewer. The rental office was not very responsive when it came to a lot of stuff. My apartment became a sewer in my later months of being there. My Bathroom flooded with everyone else's poo and potty waste. Because I was on the bottom floor whenever someone would flush the toilet it would go into my bathtub and toilet and onto my floor and flooded all the way to the living room.
I was unalbe to live in my apaprtment for almost a week because of the nastiness. They did replace my carept and take days out of my rent for the inconvenience though.
Parking is a disaster!! Good luck with that. I wouldn't reccomend but it's not THAT bad compared to other places I have been.
