Not so bad! From: Mr.Biscoe32 Date posted: 9/1/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I have been living in WHS since February of 2004 and I haven't had any problems with the living conditions so far and I live on the bottom floor. Since I am in the military the living conditions aren't so bad compared to living in a barracks room with 3 other people. I have had my car stolen recently but luckily I have 2 vehicles and my other vehicle was on post while I was out of town which I should have parked both on post instead of one so that was my mistake knowing the area at which I live in. The rental office staff is very pleasent so far whenever I have an issue they fix it right away. Parking is bad if you get home from work after 6 pm, I usually get a space right in front of my apartment as far as noisy neighbors, my neighbors are very quiet and friendly. For those who complain about noisy neihgbors well it is an apartment building and you do have people who have children and kids will be kids.
