I've been living at "The Square" for 2 years and it's been a complete joy since day one. All the negativity reported by these other folks, I have not seen or heard during my time there (2003-current). It's peacefully quiet, no kids running around. The 2 bedroom apts are huge. Haven't seen 1 hair of any pests. Maintenance is always quick to respond. It's the bomb!!!! I don't know if it depends on the bldg you live in or what, but I've been in 2 different bldgs and on 2 different floors, and both locations are great.
