Waste of Money

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
I lived in WHS for three years and I did not like it overall. Soon after I moved in, the Rental office staff changed and things went downhill from there. They acted like they were doing me a favor when I called the office. I would call for something to be repaired and it would take forever if at all. My wifes car was stolen and the people they have monitering the parking lots at night are crooks. They towed my car and made me pay to get it back and I had a parking sticker in it. When I asked the Rental office for help they said they could not do anything cause the company was not a part of Whitehall square, they were contractors. So I was out $150, for that. Then if that isn't enough, during the summer
you can bet that either the water and or the electric, will be cut off for repairs, almost on a weekly basis. If it rains to hard the power will be out at least two days.
During a thunderstorm in summer 2003 the power was out for 6 days, and do you think they reimbursed us for our lost and spoiled food. No they did not. The apartments are nice but the service is terrible. Power outages and the water outages were just too much to bear my last year. Also the AC doesnt come on until late may and it gets very hot in the apartments starting in april.
During the winter cold air would come through the windows and ice would build up in the patio doorway. Poor insulation.
