Thus far, my stay at Whitehall Square has been pretty good. My apartment is spacious and is worth every penny compared to the surrounding developments that offers no way near the same amenities.
As a single parent, it is of the utmost importance that I feel a sense of safety and security within the dwellings of my community. Whitehall Square provides that security. My neighbors are very respectful and nice and often waits and holds the door for my girls and I. Nevermind the kids here and there, but it's summertime and to be expected'
The parking isn't the best for residents depending on where you actually reside in the community and what time you get in. But rest assured only those residents of Whitehall Square are parked in the lots. It may prove to be a hassle to obtain a parking sticker for your quests, but all in all, only those that live within the community should benefit from luxuries such as parking anyway. Those who have experienced the inconvenience of being towed, simply didn't follow the rules clearly communicated during the signing of the lease.
I've had one maintenance problem thus far and their turn around in fixing the problem is unlike anything I've ever experienced. Management seems to be very professional and polite. Whitehall Square has exceeded my expectations (again considering the surrounding communities). Just remember, your home is what you make of it. Just mind your business and follow managements regulations and you shouldn't experience any problems. Enjoy!
