Don't Do It!
I've been living in Whitehall Square since 2005 and I'm in the process of lookig for a new place to live. I would not recommend this apartment complex to my ENEMY! It takes maintenance forever to fix things in your apartment. The rental office employee's are very very unprofessional and rude -bka- Ghetto - No Class What So Ever!
A friend of mine car has been broken into several times. The only positive thing that the community has to offer is a bus that comes through the complex and takes you to the subway station!

I don't know what these people are talking about. I have experienced on good things here at Whitehall. Angela, Leslie, and Harold are all great at the front office. They get the job done. One thing is that if you are professional you will receive professionalism back. So maybe the ghetto responses deserve the same response. As for the mice and roaches, I have seen two roaches during my two year stay, so maybe the person living in the apartment brought their own family with them.
