Lived in the complex for several years; started out good but as years progressed the service from the staff in the rental office has gone down. The rental increases are very high; you're practically paying a mortgage rate for a rental property. I will say that the apartments are sizable; large master bedroom and an attractive separate dining room area with exposed brick wall throughout the dining room to the kitchen. That's the one unique feature of the apartments. Unless you live in certain sections of the complex there are problems with security, car theft and some unruly teenagers. Parking is a problem depending on what section of the complex you live in. Best bet is to look elsewhere and use this as a last resort. Main issue with the poor level of professionalism with office staff.
