I have to say I was a little surprised by these reviews. I have lived here for over a year and have not experienced any problems with maintenace, office staff, or with my car. I know there were a couple of cars that had their windows busted out in the complex but fortunately I was not affected. But that happens in most neighborhoods in this area. I mean we are in PG county and right up the street from SE, stolen/vandalized cars is common out here. But I do agree if you are having problems the office is not addressing, call the management company directly. For the amount of rent you are paying you should be able to get your issues resolved quickly without any fuss.

Hi I am interested in moving to these apartments in the next month and I wanted to know about how much you are paying for your water every month.

The bill is about $30 a month. I do have a washer and dryer though so it might be a little less if you do not.
