I lived in Roxanne Apartment for almost 2 yrs now and I love it. It is a small community that is run extremly well. The apartments are roomy, the maintenance is prompt. The windows were a little drafty but they have recently replaced all the windows and the sliding glass doors now i have no cpmplaints. Police patrol the neighbor on a regular basis. I love it I love it I love it. They now have new management that has been in place maybe a month or so. I will report back in 6 mos so that all will know if this wonderful community has changed from the lovely quiet community it is now BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

I drove by and was impeded by the gates and the spike strips....their presence pleased me though. However, I like to have guests occasionally and wanted to know how the entrance and parking rules were set up for visitors. Can anyone give me some input on that? Thank you.
