I lived at Roxanne Apartments for 2 years. I had problems with Management from the beginning until the end of my residency. When I was supposed to move in they changed my move in date with pretty much no notice. They would increase my rent without sending proper notices and try to impose penalties. They said initially that you had to wait for a rent coupon to pay the rent, then they would send that coupon out late and try to blame the tenant. After awhile I just sent my payments to the lockbox without the coupon. My main problem was with management. But since they are under new management maybe those issues have been corrected. My fiance saw a couple of cars vandelized and broken into towards the end of out time there, but generally it was quiet. There wasn't very much drug activity on the property.
