From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/18/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   That is true everytime you look up there's someone coming into your apartment for something stupid, and to make it even worst when they leave the notice they always state that you don't have to be home when they come, that is ridiculous. When someone come to your place someone always should be home. We were just inspected this week and I learn that someone apartment was broken into; this got me thinking that it was an inside job. I'm telling you that this same thing happened last year several people places were broken into a ring was stolen, someone money was stolen and other property, mind you that this is new management that just started working around here last year i have been living around here for over 10 years and nothing like this ever happened. It was so much better when Ms.Holland was here none of these terrible things happened,This other lady Nicole Smith she is something. she have her whole family living in the complex and as the tow man so if you decide to move around here be careful of parking because they will tow you. and to add last year Ms. Smith and her family members were fighting with tenants so just be careful of your surroundings. it's just a matter of time before things hit the fan she now have drug dealers living in the complex and lots of children that throw trash on the grounds. don't get me wrong they clean the complex everyday but at night the children throw they trash on the grounds. other than all of these things the tenants are very pleasant and we are trying to get a tenant association going so that we can resolve these issues.
