I'm a 21 year old working adult, and enrolled in school full time. I live in Windham Creek since May 1st 2008. The former property manager Nicole Smith was..... REAL. She was not like the other rental office locations that I visisted. She was somebody that gave off a great vibe. Not acting like she is the property manager for the White House or anything like that. You know how they leasing agents be when you walk into the office. All perky, fake professional, and just wake. Well anyways I love. I use to live in Regency Village (Forest Creek), and the service there is terrible. The ppl in the office are like 20 deep.... 5 leasing consultants, and a manager/supervisor for any and everything. However, nothing gets done at the place. When I moved to Windham Creek... I noticed only two handy men, one property manager, and one secretary, and I thought getting things fixed around here is gonna be a hassle. Was I wrong...... they are fixed in less then 24 hours. Just rencently, my heat was not working.... i call the 24 hotline to have someone come out to look at it.... i left my house for like 3 hours tops... came back home and my heat was working!!! I'm only 21... and in school full time... the lawd knows i need to be watching how i spend my money... but every cent i spend on my rent is while worth it!!!! Also... its a quiet place away from the main streets and alot of traffic... I LOVE IT....TTJ

I agree it is very quiet around here. I have lived here for about 18 months and I've seem a huge improvement to how things uesed to be when I first moved around here. For one thing, we stopped getting apartment inspection notices every week. The new Resident Manager is focused on the important things not trying to see what people have in their apartments. I plan to continue renting here for as long as things stay the way they are.

My opinion has since changed. The new manager Rob
(I don't remember his last name) is a vindictive person in my opinion. Says one thing to get you out of his office and or off the phone; however, he actions are totally the opposite of what comes out of his mouth!!! This is my thoughts... which is my opinion. Yours may be different. Besides the location, apartment size, and cost... Customer Service is something that I factor in when making a decision as to where I decide to live. My "Generation" is the show me "Generation". And I was no seeing what I was getting for my $933.00 one bedroom apartment utilities. Yeah it was quiet and sort of tucked away... However, check it out for yourself. I moved out in January within the same area!!! The Administrative Assistant Ms. Sonya is excellent on the other hand. She's very professional, keeps her word, and she always smiling!!!! I'm just replying to the email I was sent...LOL check it out though. They weren't open on weekends when I left... You may have to call and ask 301-967-0600 (Windham Creek Apartments)
