Don't even think about moving here!!!

If you want to live in a brand new community where everything is going wrong THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!! We are counting down until our lease ends. We have experienced nothing but headaches since we moved in. We endured an entire summer without a fully functioning air condition and our apartment temperature was at least 80 degrees all summer. This worked out really well since we pay all utilities and we had to turn on our ac and run fans to cool our unit. I will only say that our electric bills were higher than our friends who live in single family homes. And as of October the ac is still not fixed, but I guess it really does not matter to them because the summer is over and this will just turn into someone elses problem next summer. We are privileged to have security buildings with key codes to gain entry, but wait a minute our building door has been broken since we moved in 7 month ago so anyone can walk right in....did I mention these are BRAND new buildings' The carpets in the halls are filthy and the children running around in the halls greet you at the front door. The 1 car garages with entry from inside the building are a great feature....if we could access the garage from the building as promised. The corridor lock keys do not work and we still 7 months later do not have a key to get into our garage from inside the building. We have to walk outside and enter that way. Not to mention some kids broke into our garage, but I guess that would be easy since the security doors do not work and anyone off the street can get in. The cheap materials used in the units are unbelievable. Our door to the apartment only has a top lock and if you turn the handle from inside to open the door it unlocks the door....that is a great safety feature for families with small children that like to turn door knobs. They can turn the knob and walk out into the hall way with no problem....so keep an eye on your exploring toddlers. And to top all of my other issues off.....my childrens bedroom window fell in the other night. Thank God they were not hurt because the blind caught the glass from falling. It appears the glass is held in by 2 thin plastic strips...I can only imagine what my heating bills are going to look like now that I see we have cheap windows! STILL WANT TO MOVE HERE''' TAKE MY ADVICE RUN AND DO NOT LOOK BACK!!!!!
