They often are very unhelpful and clearly un-resonable. The filing on your rent the 2 of the month when you clearly sign a lease stating that they won't file til the 5th. So beware!

the idiots in the office do not, irepeat do not take care of business. i have never been late but according to that ----- alecia mcdonald i have. she doesn't know what shes doing other than to mess up someones credit. my frind put in a app, was approved then had to move out because she messed up on the income made by my friend.stupid is what she is and shes earning money to mess people around

Alecia is a dummy. She doesnt know A from B. I wonder she manages to always stick around even as management continues to change. I have been here for 2 years and she gets worse with time. Very un-professional.

I would like to defend my girl Alecia what it really boils down to is that it is some jeaslous ass women at Windsor. She knows her business and when females are hating they will create all type of ----. But they wont say tell when they are late over and over paying there rent. It's not Alecia that's messing up their credit "PAY YOUR RENT ON TIME AND SHE WONT HAVE TO FILE ON YOUR ASSES" I go on the ratings just for that fact to see who's hating on Alecia this week. You know what keep doing it girl! You'll be rich off the Haters and then you can have a Hater club just for them. I like Alecia she is fair and straight to the point and she ain't no flunky.HA! HA! Alecia girl I'm laughing with you ma!

I experienced the same types of issues with the staff (i entered the first review on this property). I am a realtor that used to live in the complex when they first opened and it sounds line not much has changed.
