Maintenance is horrible and slow they don't have time to fix anything they tell you they will be out the next day and you never see them. The apartments are nice parking is horrible the seniors are assigned all the spaces and your car will get towed if you park there. Only 6 seniors drive and they have 25 assigned spaces, so people who live in the apts. have to hunt for parking all day and all night and make sure everything is clean when you move in because they only have 3 maintenance men and they are so backed up and overworked they can't do it all so most of us have to go without.
