Don't Move Here (Seriously)

Month after month, things just get worse in this apartment complex. Moving is the number one priority. Parking is obviously the worst thing around trust me. If you dont get home by 7 there will be no spots for you to park. So if you have a life, then you will be parking outside of the compelx when you get home. There is literally no where to park but outside of the complex where the Suitland criminals are waiting to break into your car/vehicle.

You must blame things on the residents too. These people are nasty as all hell and very very trifling. They leave trash everywhere, waste potato chips in the hallway and just leave it there. They will have garages but park in regular parking spots holding places for their relatives. The seniors and condo owners have plenty of spaces but they act like complete -------s and do not want you to park in their spaces near their expensive Range Rovers and BMW's. Really evil people. Some residents are so nasty that i have started to see roaches and spiders and i keep my apt clean as the BOARD OF HEALTH....STRAIGHT SPOTLESS. Also it seems like more dogs than kids in the darn apts.

Dont even ask the Office staff for anything because their usual answer is "I DONT KNOW". They specialize in I DONT KNOW 101.

Safety is a joke, the keypad on my buildings door has been broken since Christmas time and there have been numerous attempts to call it in but with one maitenance man who knows. One rent-a-cop who wonders off all the time.

The only thing positive is the inside of the actual apartment. Thats it.

Bottom Line- MOVE ELSEWHERE

I experienced the same types of issues with the staff. I am a realtor that used to live in the complex when they first opened and it sounds line not much has changed. If you are looking to buy send me an email at teiamarshall@mris.com I will be happy to put you in a home.
