^^^^I know right such lies......She only clings on to each mgmt that takes so over so she can keep her discounted apt on the property. If she gets another job then she will have to pay market rent like THOSE of us who arent on section 8. Like I've said before she is a dummy who wears too much make-up ole ronald mcdonald looking broad. Rent here at your own risk.

I did not know she lives on the property. But she is a dummy I know from my experience she sent me a letter telling me Im next for a garage but that garage is assigned to someone else. I was so ready to park there when I went to the rental office for the keys to it she said "oh that was a mistake" how when you have a list of who its assigned to.

I am a former tenant to the poster below and trust me you dont need a dictionary to define anything posted on this site. 98% of it is true. I have experienced most if not all of the gripes tenants have complained about. Dont talk the talk if you haven't walked the walk. Go ahead and try to move in if your approved and see whats really good. You can witness it all for yourself. And Alecia is a dummy I agree with them too.

I am considering moving into this community and probably reconsider. Not because of the management, but because of ignorant responses from people like "tazmania99". This person has a lot of nerve referring to management as a "dummy" when in fact, she should have used spellcheck or referred to the dictionary before posting this response. There is nothing worse than talking about someone else and not having your s---t in order.

^^^And how would you know that??? Sounds like a disgruntled employee to me. You use god's name in vain in one post and curse words in the next one. Get a Life for real!!! Maybe that explains why Alicia lives on the property with her 4 or 5 kids in a 3bedroom apt go figure....

I have been a resident for one and a half years and truthfully, I love my apartment unit howeveer the tradeoff is poor management. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has run into countless problems from Parking, to the garage situation and most recently; never getting a return call from the office. Anytime you call during normal office hours, you get the answering machine or voice mail, I have yet to speak to a live person. The only way to do so is to go into the office. This has been very frustrating and on top of all the other issues, for me, it is "the straw that broke the camels back."

I do apoligize for using GODS name in vain/ You all have made me realize how sites like these are not for me... I can no longer participate with the negative interactions, comments, and thoughts that go on here. Everything aint for everybody (including apartments LOL)... I do wish you all the best of luck in your hunt for the perfect apartment... always remember to stay positive (throughout all experiences you may deem as negative). & If your lucky enough to get it, there is always a lesson to be learned from each experience sent your way! GOOD LUCK

No POSITIVEMIND do your research....ALL employees that are currently living on the property are receiving a 20% discount on their rent. So for those of you who can't do the math, if your rent is like mine $1180, that is a reduction of $236 per month for a rental payment of $944.

Well enough about Alicia, what about the property? Outside of her and management is the property safe, well kept, is the crime rate high? is the rent affordable, what are the pros and cons? I totally got lost in all the talk of Alicia, can someone please tell me about the property?

u all must be on sec 8/ unemployed or on welfare because i can not imagine anyone having this much time to go back and forth about Alicia and management. If you unhappy, move out. If you have issues and you tell someone who can't make a change to correct the situation your just complaining.
