I have lived in the complex since the very beginning (Jan 2004) and there community, the services and the overall living experience has spiraled down every since. It is true, they have changed management companies FIVE times and may be number six. The maintenance staff-bless their hearts are so overworked and behind of request, that I am about to call the HOUSING AUTHORITY. There are many housing code violations and I am not running like some, I am staying there to make them or the owner accountable by reporting them on each and ever situation and then I will move after I have made sure that they have gotten theirs from the state! The management sucks and does nothing. The parking is a nightmare, even though I have a garage. My guest have to park outside of my complex and I have had cars of my guest towed on three occassions. It is "OFF THE HOOK" around there and the people are ghetto, trifling and don't care about anything. They tear things up!!! I am awaiting my approval for a house and them am out of ther, but TRUST ME, I will make sure their lives are a living hell just as they have made it that way for some many tenants!!!

AMEN I experienced the same types of issues with the staff. I am a realtor that used to live in the complex when they first opened and it sounds line not much has changed. If you are looking to buy send me an email at teiamarshall@mris.com I will be happy to put you in a home.

they didnt make your life a living hell you did!!! name one thing personally they did to you. what kind of person are you to say you are going to make sure you make someones life a living hell (the -----)... im sure GOD will bless you for that.

Hey positivemind, I hope your not upset. These reviews are here so that potential renters may get a feel for the property, its management and community base, before moving in. What I hear the original anonymous saying is that if I'm really concerned with how a property is managed, this place may not be for me because for me, if management of the property isn't presented to be stable, reliable, this would eventually steal my rest and it's a fact, most people come "home" to rest. This is just what I got-looking past the frustration. P.S. not to criticize but I just got to say this and hopefully everyone who reads this response will do a self analysis before making comments referencing GOD. When we communicate to one another, our communications should not sound like an attack. GOD doesn't attack us. He listens and tries to explain so that we may have better understandings. Do the benefits to being an accuser outweigh those of the accused in GOD's eyes?

I am not upset, but it does bother me that someone would say that they are personally trying to make someone elses life a living hell. I was honestly not trying to attack anyone (and I do apoligize if it comes off that way). Im truely sorry thats not my intention. I am merely trying to make her aware of the statement she put out there. As you just did to me and I thank you! I think potential renters are getting a feel of other lives. I believe if you life isnt stable and reliable it will steal your rest (and you will find fault no matter where you live). Home is where the heart is. If you have a peaceful heart the matters of this world would not concern you so please dont let these things invade your hearts stay POSITIVE. I think so much blame is put on the management staff and it sounds as if the things they are being blamed for are not their faults... i.e. they didnt construct the place why are they being blamed for inadequate parking (let that go)... its nothing they can do about that but follow the rules (not made by them but the owners Im guessin) that have been set in place for them to carry out. It sounds like their isnt enough staff or maybe this is a money issue to get all the things you all are asking about taken care of... but dont blame them we need to remember they are just simply carrying out the rules of the owners (they are too people and dont need us treating them like dogs). If the owners dont provide them with the tools to get their jobs done more effectively (the way we all would like) their is not much they can do about it. The owners know about the residents concerns ands thats who needs to be accountable for them. There is not much the staff can do if the owners dont have our best interest at heart (unfortunately some people are only out to make a buck). Just keep in mind a negative mind will produce negative thoughts, actions, and deeds. Dont let anyone convince you that being positive about situations (you think are negative) will not get you results. Please focus on the positive. You are truely blessed reguardless if you see your blessings or not! (and Im sure you do)
