the following happned: i had no heat,i had a mouse,roach,and spider proublem,had a gas leek,my sliding glass door on the balkany broke off, i got stuck in the elivator,had my neighbors apt raided by the police,had my car towed 3 times, the laundry room washer bustd and flooded the main floor, the elivator got stuck with a full load of elimentery students so i had to walk down 9 floors of stairs. All of my fixtures are falling out of the wall and the window in the kitchen is falling out too. The walls are spraypainted and tore up the halls stink and so do the elivators. And all in one week. This is by far the worst apt complex ever and for the price its not at all worth it youd be just as good off in south east dc with all the crack heads
