OK, you will love this place if you like:
Mice
Bed bugs
Roaches
Dirty neighbors
Pot heads
Random people roaming the halls
THIN WALLS
Unresponsive management
Cheap repairs
Random skunk smells traveling through your vents
Beds, chairs, tables, electronics and trash left in the hallways
Stinky hallways
Hot water being cut off
Assaults
