I been on the property for about a year and I would say this place is great. Most people on the property keep to themselves. I have met the maintenance man and he is nice. I have had no problems with him, he seems to get things done quick.
I do know that the units are individually owned by different people and different management companies. I worked my contract out with Progressive and they have been great. I haven t seen anyone selling drugs or guns, for most of the part the area is safe and not too crowded. I think the property is a great place to say and I recommend it to anyone.
