Pros: Spacious, Affordable, close to metro and Park, pleasant staff.



Cons: Dirty, a bit noisy , neighbourhood doesn?t give you a sense of security, few available parking space for residents as outsiders can park without a permit. Management working hours need to be extended until 6 pm instead of 5 pm, manager needs to be in the office more often ,management can do much more than painting the hallways...
