Cheap Apartments in a good location

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000
 
The office staff was unfriendly, the apartment was crawling with roaches, the kitchen was tiny, and there were break-ins in the neighborhood. But the price was low and stable, and the building is convenient to Metro, the highway, DC, and within blocks of historic downtown Takoma Park.
