You can't conquer them. You try at first but soon you'll realize now matter how much you spray they just keep coming. Maintenance is non-existent when it comes to repairs and for some reason the rental office is always closed for "staff training." Why hasn't it helped with the poor attitudes lurking in that office' This is a place while in transition only and even then it's terrible. The tenants for the most part seem friendly but that does nothing when you're constantly killing roaches. It's just disgusting!
