This is the worst. The property was so poorly maintained and the condition of my apartment was horrible that a bat found its way into my apartment. Funny thing is I didn't have a balcony or patio and the screens were intact. When I called the emergency number on a Saturday morning I was told they didn't handle those requests. The only problem w/ that is there was a huge hole in my kitchen that the roaches and probably the bat used to come and nest. Who knows how long it was in there. When I reported it to management the response I got was a laugh. The least they could've done was help since the apartment was so poorly maintained that it was probably the reason the bat got in. Oh and its been just about 60 days since I moved and my security deposit still hasn't been returned. Hmm. Ghetto management company and ghetto staff. Run and don't look back. Don't be fooled by the outside appearance. Look hard, visit on a random night to see the traffic. This place is a trifling mess!


Thankfully, I took pictures to document everything when I moved in.
