If you have a choice move somewhere else. The building is infested with mice and roaches. Maintenance at best is chaotice and never 100%. My apartment has had 3 leaks that has taken 2 years to fix on top of dozens of other things that should be standard (and normal) for an apartment just isn't here. I too had my car broken into the first month I moved in. If you see Corcoran Jennison Management on the sign period just run the other direction.
