I moved to Fairview Apartment in June of 2007...I have never ever been in a place full of rats, roaches, and poor responding staff in my entire life. This place is AWFUL!!! I moved in the first week my key worked sometimes, and my door bell rang for my next door neighbor. At first I was really surprised on how many time maintenance came into my apartment (I had 9 notices in two weeks). I thought well at least maintenance checks on the apartment frequently. (YEAH RIGHT) By July, my bug infestation began I started to get bite by something turns out the apartment carpet was full of fleas and ticks. I call management, they told me about their counterfeit terminating company. (Who I swear just comes into your apartment and hangs out, because nothing is ever done). I finally had to call Orkin, and come out of pocket $300.00. When I told management about the fleas and ticks, and that Orkin said the entire apartment building needed to get sprayed not just one unit these inbreeds acted all concerned guess what NOTHING happen. When my neighbors moved out things really got worse. Apparently, the rats and roaches loved my neighbors and when they moved out they decided to check out next door. The first time I saw a mouse I left the apartment and went to my girlfriend s house. I called the Fairview Management and literally cried about the mouse running across my kitchen floor. I have never ever lived like this rats, roaches, spiders, ticks, fleas I feel like I am living in a zoo. They promised to get rid of them. When I finally came home they had plugged up some holds under my sink, and gave me two mouse glue traps to place in my apartment. I put one mouse trap on the second floor and one in the kitchen. Within a week I had trapped two mice WTF. So, if you are reading this please I beg you DO NOT SIGN THE LEASE!!! STOP PLEASE!!! SAVE YOURSELF!!! PLEASE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE ANY PLACE IS BETTER THAN HERE!!!
