Great apartment, Great price, Terrible Customer Service

I absolutely love this apartment! It's old fashioned but nonetheless a wonderful place to live. However, I have not been treated fairly by the landlady and would like to warn future tenents. If you have a conversation with the landlady about important information regarding your apartment, get that conversation in writing. I have made a number of verbal agreements with the landlady and vice versa and the next week, she has no recollection of it and scammed me. So, as a heads up, get everything in writing with her signature. Good luck!
