I lived here for over a year and felt that the management was very responsive, the building was maintained in good condition, and my rent cost was a good value for what I was getting. When we had the few problems we had, there was always a quick turnaround. These are not luxury apartments, but they certainly do the trick at a decent price.

Overall, it was a fair and friendly experience. I would certainly recommend it to someone who is looking for an affordable apartment in the area, or even near the Takoma metro station.
