It's affordable because it's right next to a loud train, but we got used to that after a couple of weeks. Now we don't see the point of paying more rent for quiet. Plus, everytime we think about moving closer to work the staff will throw a party. It's a great community and the staff actually makes a great effort to try to get the neighbors to meet each other. Best landlords I have ever had.
