I enjoyed living in the Park Ritchie Apartments... The staff is friendly, the maintenance quick, the parking great!! but my issues where the surrounding areas and the constant maintenance done. I have had the replacement of pipes in my bathrooms and kitchen done multiple times it seems to me. There are always ppl in and out of my apartment. I did enjoy the staff though and the building was always clean!!
