I lived in the Park Ritchie for 6 days...after that, I HAD to go...The roaches that ran my apartment that I moved into were un-real! The staff was so great to try and take care of the problem when I moved in, but to no avail! I didn't use my kitchen the whole time because roaches were everywhere! I opened the dishwasher, and 3 ran out. Granted, the people before me were dirty, but it was horrid to move into something like that!!! The people before me moved out the NIGHT BEFORE! The apartment was not ready on time...and that meant they had time to fumigate or treat the apartment for vermin! I found that it was a building problem...When I went on the elavator one morning, two roaches came on with me. I would come home to dead roaches all over the floor becaus eof the daily fumigations to combat the problem. Tonda, the manager was SO nice and sweet an promised to get it dealt with, but it was a BUILDING problem! I went to throw out garbage in the incinerator, 3 or 4 little "friends" ran and scattered. I agree with the other folks that the ------- store, dentist and mini mart are a draw to the place...but it just was not worth it to me! It just turned me off completely!
