First of all..this apartment building is FILLED with roaches of ALL sizes. It is rediculous. I lived there for 4 years. When I first movied in, the building was a very very nice place to live. There is a small supermaket down stairs (a little mom and pop joint), a dentist, and beauty and barber shop. The rental office staff was great (at first - I dont like the manager Tonda). The first guy that worked there (I think his name was Greg), he was great. The lady that was there after him was the best. Then Edwin came aboard - he wasnt bad, but you can tell a slight difference.
Parking wasnt an issue at first - and then all hell broke loose. The building became very diverse. Before, it was mostly Hispanc, Black, and a few white and Jamaicans that lived there. Then a bunch of west-indian and ------- people showed up out of nowhere. Now the building smells horrible because of the various stinches of foreign foods and incents! But before the smells became obvious, the roaches started moving in BIGTIME. They just came out of nowehere. I had to move because the roaches ran me out - and so did those nasty ass funky smells! If this was a few years ago, I would recommend this place without reservations. But now, I wouldnt recommend it to my worst enemy....unless they are from the west indies or some ------- nation (they love that place - its like a gold mine for them).
Oh, and before I forget...there is a damn party EVERY FREAKIN WEEKEND. So you can forget about sleep cause all you hear all night is a bunch of non-english speaking loud-asses making a bunch of noise! And because there is a party all the time, parking is rediculous, After 9 pm, you best get your car ready to be parked in visitor parking or on the side of the street, unless of course you paid for underground parking (your best option).
If you like roaches, and dont mind the weekend parties and funky smells, then this is the place for you!

you are a jerk am glad the international delegation drove your ass out of there so more of "us" can get up in there and take your apartment.
