I decided to leave after this incident:
One morning I woke up around 6:00am on a saturday to go wash my clothes in the Basement laundrymat at Park Ritchie..
What I saw was absolutely shocking!
This is not an exaggeration!
I saw HUNDREDS of roaches crawling on the wash machines, inside of the machines, the floors the dryers the walls they were everywhere...
It reminded me of something you see on National Geographic
WIth Every Step I made into the room I was walking on about 5 to 6 roaches...
I a big black man but that crap freaked me out!!!!
AND I HAD TO RUN OUT OF THE LAUNDRY ROOM
It was GRRRROOOOOOOOSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!

That is freakin disgusting!! my hair dresser used to live in those apartments. The roaches were off the hook. The last straw was in the fall of 2003 when I went over there and roaches were everywhere. They were tryingto crawl in my bags. They were on the sofa on the walls and everywhere. I didn't go back to get my hair done since.

thanks to you and other people with the same problems i dont have to learn the hard way about how bad this place is. thank you, i have a baby and i would have moved here if it wasnt for the OVERWHELMING amount of bad reviews this place has.
