It was very convenient to metro, DC, and all areas around. I agree with others about roaches, now that I live in roach-free apartment I can see the difference. They need to do something about them roaches. I didn't mind about parties every weekend, but after party noises were too much. I lived on a third floor and I could hear all the noises, sometimes I would wake up, open the window and tell them to "shut up."

Winter time was the worst, I had to wear sweaters inside the apartment because it was never warm inside, even if you adjust the heater to 80 degree. Everything was so old (the tiles, dishwasher, etc)

The place was ok when I moved in, but changed so much in a matter of a year.

I would recommend Park Ritchie for starters, but others could do better.
