Spacious rooms and closet space. I've found management to be quite responsive when I've had a maintenance request or question, and the maintenance staff are very friendly.

Complex fairly clean (most of the time). Roaches are a minus, but they were here well before I moved in, and they are not an overall deal breaker (Mgt. also trying best to tackle a problem that's endemic to a lot of apartments in the area, and what seems to be an uphill climb). Sometimes neighbors can be inconsiderate with loud noises, but that'll happen at a lot of places. Still great apt. value for the money.

I am considering moving here. Are you sure it's okay, because there are an awful lot of bad reviews. Where I live now had some bad reviews also, but I moved there anyway, and it wasn't as bad as the reviews written. I liked it okay.

Sorry for the late response -- I'm here very infrequently. I hope you have found a place that's right for you! :) On most of these rating sites I've found that the most disaffected of the disaffected tend to comment; as such I tend to take them with a grain. I though I really should provide a break in all the negativity, because honestly? While it isn't luxury, It's really not. that. bad. ( with the exception of the entrenched palmetto bugs...)
