I honestly am spoiled by the price of this place! Haven't found a better deal. Spacious living room, good size bedroom and plenty of closet space. The kitchen in the 1 bedroom is tiny, but made up for by a large bathroom.

Management and the management company are very professional, and emergency maintenance is responsive. I think people are exaggerating the roach problem, although we do have some in the kitchen it is solved by the occasional spray down. In addition, the exterminator comes to the building on a regular basis to control the problem.

Right near the schools, library,and police station. I feel safe.

I would recommend it if you are looking for a diverse, inexpensive place to live.

No, just a resident who likes the community I live in. But now that it's summer, there are more bugs. But for $840 for a one bedroom close to DC, I can't say I care too much. Plus the building is hooked up with FiOS now, which is amazing.

I think park ritchie is okay also and I dont even live there I know everything is not perfect like the bugs but hell ridx bug spray and a clean house can get rid of them at least nobody on here talking about bed bugs and rats that would get me the ---- up out of there. I am thinking about moving there in december
