Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2007
I am still here but who can afford to move these days in a great area near many things. The rent is more for new comers so think you'll find this rate. The building is very old with many problems mainly the laundry mat, it's ALWAYS a risk when washing clothes so don't try to wash your clothes last minute. Maintenance does come in fair time but the job isn't always 100% professional. The neigborhoods nice though :-)
Come only as last resort. It looks nice but you will find out how it really is!
